Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Items not eligible for return:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Exchange
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
