  • Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Exchange

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
